Return policy

At Winner Forever, your satisfaction is our priority. We work with Printful for the production and delivery of our items. Therefore, our return policy is aligned with Printful, which is our main supplier.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

    Any claims for misprinted, defective, or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims confirmed to be our responsibility will be covered at our expense.

  2. Lost Packages
    For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  3. Returns and Addresses

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed, reshipping costs will be your responsibility or that of the end customer.

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days Non-Returnable Items

  • Sealed products, such as face masks or any items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.                                                                                                                    5-Returns by Customers​

  • We recommend that your customers contact us before returning any items.

  • Except for customers residing in Brazil, orders due to buyer’s remorse are not refundable.

  • Voluntary returns or size exchanges are at your expense, and a new order must be placed for any replacement item.                                                                                                                                6-European Compliance                                                                  According to European consumer rights directives:

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

  • Sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned.    7-Contact Us
