Refund Policy

At Winner Forever, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for a valid reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy, in line with our supplier Printful.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Defective, misprinted, or damaged product upon receipt.

  • Lost package or undelivered order after verification with the carrier.

  • Confirmed error on our part (wrong item, wrong design, etc.).

⚠️ Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Customer mistake when selecting size, model, or shipping address.

  • Opened sealed products (e.g., face masks) for hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

2. Timeframe to Request a Refund

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact our customer service via the Contact page.

  2. Provide the order number and a photo proof of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Wait for our team’s validation before returning any item (if required).

4. Refund Process

  • Once the claim is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

  • Refund processing times may vary between 7 to 10 business days, depending on banks and payment providers.

  • In some cases, a store credit or product replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the product is confirmed defective or the error is on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • In all other cases (e.g., wrong size or wrong address provided by the customer), return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Non-Refundable Products

  • Opened sealed products (face masks, underwear, etc.).

  • Customized or print-on-demand products made according to your specifications.

  • Items returned worn, washed, or damaged.
